Hot & cold water supply Pipes shall be laid in kitchen & toilets of each flat.

Internal electrical wiring in concealed PVC conduit Pipes with copper conductor. Switches shall be modular type with required MCB’s shall be provided with D.B. in each flat.
Generator back up for common services i.e. lifts, common lighting and pumps etc. with provision for each flat.
Provision for intercom & cable in each flat shall be provided.
